Each level has either a terrace area or a courtyard style garden and the property has been cleverly designed to ensure the light and views are captured to the best effect throughout.
The main outside terrace is accessed from the open plan living area on the ground floor (entrance level) and comprises a private infinity-edged pool, sun loungers and parasols as well as an attractive shaded dining area.
Together with the terrace on the first floor, this is a wonderful position from which to enjoy the sunsets that the Komurluk area of Kalkan is famous for.

Zen’s proximity to three superb beach clubs (Zest, Palm and Denizim), make this property a great base for a holiday in Kalkan.
The beach clubs offer water taxi services across to Kalkan harbour during the day and it’s also possible to walk to the old town quarter from the villa within about 12 minutes along a relatively flat road.
Although the villa has 4 very spacious bedrooms, the owners feel that it’s best suited to a maximum of 6 adult guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has private covered parking by the main entrance.
Ground floor:
(entrance level)
The entrance door to Villa Zen opens into a light, open plan living area comprising a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV and entertainment system, dining area and well-equipped modern kitchen, which has everything you need in terms of appliances: oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils.
Full height glass sliding doors open out onto the pool terrace and these offer stunning views across the bay.
The front entrance courtyard is the ideal space for relaxing in the shade and is perfect for BBQs.
A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. There are two staircases leading to the upper level and lower ground floor.
First floor:
The stairs from the ground floor living area lead directly to a magnificent master bedroom suite which occupies the whole of the first floor.
This en-suite bedroom has a super-king size bed and opens onto a fabulous terrace furnished with comfortable seating and sun loungers, so that guests can take in the panoramic views over Kalkan bay.
Lower ground floor:
The lower ground floor has a large central communal area with comfortable seating a tv and access to a pretty courtyard-style terrace.
There are three spacious en-suite bedrooms on this level:
- The first bedroom has a super-king size bed and a Juliet balcony with great sea views.
- The second bedroom also has a super-king size bed and opens onto a beautiful, shaded courtyard garden with a tranquil seating area.
- The third bedroom is a twin with partial sea view. All bedrooms have en-suites.
A laundry / utility area is also located on this level.

- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use,
- A BBQ is provided,
- Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean & linen change, but you can pay extra for one if required,
- This property is not really suitable for children under the age of 10, and although there are 4 bedrooms, we suggest it is best suited for 6 people.
